I have been a student and teacher of Yoga for 11 yrs. I discovered Power Vinyasa Yoga in 2005 and knew I was home. This is REAL YOGA for REAL PEOPLE. Stacy and her husband Dave together own The Yoga Project and Texas Power Yoga Teacher Training School. She has traveled world wide assisting and producing teacher trainings and programs and is co-founder of Live Love Teach - Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Training. Stacy continues to travel around the world leading Live Love Teach Teacher Trainings, workshops and presenting at conferences, sharing her love and passion of yoga with others. She has mentored many teachers throughout the DFW metroplex to share this empowering practice locally.
If I'm not at the studio or away teaching, you can find me hanging out with my husband Dave and my 3 kids, Jake-12, Kera-11 and Luke-9.

My yoga journey started with my wife Stacy taking me to a yoga class. It was hot, crowded and so much harder than I ever thought it would be. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Now yoga has become such a huge part of my life that I truly feel like something is missing when I skip or cannot practice. Being able to get on my mat, get into my body and tune out the everyday stresses of the world is very refreshing.
Over the last few years I have attended level 1 & 2 Baptiste Teacher Training and have received the title of Certified Baptiste Instructor. The trainings I've attended and my practice that I love has given me a new perspective on life and the tools to deal with challenges as they arise. Teaching yoga allows me to share what I've learned as well as help people from all walks of life to land in their bodies.
When I'm not in the studio I'm spending every minute possible with my wife Stacy and my kids Jake, Kera and Luke. I also enjoy road and mountain biking when ever I can fit it in. |
